Dear Members,
Ann Catlin and Kevin Keene have resigned from the Board positions due to scheduling conflicts and family and work responsibilities.
We are actively looking for board member volunteers, especially for the roles of Secretary and the Association Board President.
Please also note: the board has been setting aside funds for contingencies. This includes the Dam maintenance and taking down back-leaning or fallen trees. Please let us know if you encounter such circumstances, take pictures and use the email berkshire-lake-property-owners@googlegroups.com

BLPOA Board/Contacts
Agassi Nakhapetian
The association VP will be serving as the president until one is nominated and elected.
Rebecca Klein was voted in as the treasurer and approved unanimously.
Sari Hoy was voted in as the Clerk and approved unanimously.
Justin Phillips has been an officer of the board and will serve as a Vice President while Agassi is serving as the president.
Melinda Roth was voted in as a board officer and approved unanimously.
The newly elected officers have fully assumed their roles as of the start of this year.
If you would like to serve on the Board, we'd love to hear from you.
